NSA Conference 6/7 March 2012

Stepladder Worldwide attended the annual industry conference for the National Skills Academy Creative & Cultural, held at The Lowry in Manchester on a couple of beautiful sunny days in Salford.

Amongst the delegates were people from training academies, colleges, a variety of SME’s (small and medium enterprises) within the creative industry and some enthusiastic apprentices within these businesses.

We spent the day listening to and interacting with likeminded organisations such as Backstage Academy and University for Creative Arts who all facilitate for young people looking to get into the creative industry.

It was great to see so many people enthusiastic and pushing to engage more and more with young people to try and get them into various sectors within the industry.

It was two days that definitely inspired Stepladder Worldwide moving forward, so watch this space!
